After testing- heading to the race
The tests of the car gave satisfactory results. Presentation of some the most important results can be found in the PDF presentation. The photos of the testing session are present in the gallery in folder "testing".
Our car is becoming very famous in Denmark- we have been presenting the vehicle in the television programme for Danish public television. We are very happy that the website windturbineracer.com has also become very popular- on the 11th of August we had a record of 319 unique visitors.

Wind Turbine Racer is ready!
The car has been finished finally! The team has gone to test it before we go to Holland to the final event.
New pictures have been added to the gallery. You can now have a closer look on how the whole machine looks like. The race is coming very soon. New photos and information will come even sooner!
The car is on its way
We are on the good way. All the drawings are already done and the elements are being manufactured in the workshop. The steering is mounted as well as the brakes. What is even better, the car is already standing on its wheels. You can see some new photos in the gallery.
New optimistic news!
DTU team has received a set of blades and a spare hub from Multi-Wing International A/S. However, we are in the process of manufacturing our own hub. Almost all the transmission's parts are delivered from DTU's workshop.
A set of wheels has been bought and the breaks are assembled. The seat is already done and we are working with the steering and control system. According to the plan, the car should be ready for testing before August and the winDTUrbine racer should be ready-to-go on 15th of August!
Website launched
Finally the webpage of Wind Turbine Racer is up and running! The website is going to work as means of communication with all the people who are interested in the project for any reason.

Successful meeting
The meeting today was efficient- we came up with some agreements and conclusions about the work.
The guys are waiting for the T-shirts that are going to come next week. The whole team would then look the same and have even more fun constructing the vehicle.
